Recognition for the people building European padel — chosen openly, judged independently.
Why they exist
Padel has gone from a niche pursuit to one of the fastest-growing sports in Europe in little more than a decade. That growth has been driven by people who mostly work without recognition: club owners taking real financial risk, coaches building programmes from nothing, brands investing before there was a market, and volunteers opening the sport up to people who would never otherwise have picked up a racket.
The Euro Padel Awards exist to put those people on a stage.
How nominations work
Anyone can nominate anyone. There is no membership, no fee and no need for an introduction. You choose a category, tell us who you are nominating and why, in up to 300 words, and we take it from there. Self-nominations are welcome and are not treated differently.
Nominations across all 22 categories are reviewed, shortlisted, and put to an independent judging panel.
Our relationship with the British Padel Awards
The Euro Padel Awards are run by the team behind the British Padel Awards. The two events are siblings, not parent and child: separate nominations, separate judging, separate ceremonies. Being nominated for one has no bearing on the other.
Who can be nominated
Anyone based in, or competing in, Europe. That includes players, coaches, clubs, operators, court builders, brands, retailers, media, creators and community projects. If you are not sure whether someone qualifies, ask us rather than assuming they do not.
