Legal
Terms
The terms you accept when submitting a nomination.
Who may be nominated
Nominees must be based in, or compete in, Europe. Nominations may be for individuals, clubs, companies, organisations, products or projects, as the category allows. Age-limited categories state their limit in the category description.
Who may nominate
Anyone. There is no fee, no membership requirement and no limit on how many different people or organisations you may nominate. Self-nomination is permitted and is not judged differently. Submitting the same nominee repeatedly does not improve their chances and may be treated as a duplicate.
Accuracy
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share any photograph you upload. We may reject or remove a nomination that is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, ineligible or duplicated.
Publication
Nominations may be used in publicity for the awards, including on this website, in press material and on social media. That may include the nominee's name, category, country, organisation and any photograph supplied. Tick the publicity opt-out on the nomination form if you do not want a nomination used this way; opting out does not affect judging.
Withdrawing a nomination
A nominee may ask to be withdrawn at any time, and a nominator may withdraw a nomination they submitted. Email info@europadelawards.com with the reference from your confirmation email, or with the nominee's name. We will confirm once it is done.
Judging
Shortlisting and judging are carried out by the organisers and an independent panel. Judges do not score categories in which they, their employer or their club is nominated. Decisions are final and we do not enter into correspondence about individual scores.
Changes
The date, venue, format and category line-up for 2027 may change. Material changes will be published on this site.
